If you're in a hurry on Thanksgiving or just want to make up a quickie snack for the kids,  I just tried something that will interest you - Stove Top's new quick cups.

Here's a quickie last minute recipe you can use to make good stuffing that seems special with no effort whatsoever, leaving you time to do the important things like Thanksgiving crafts with the kids or some other together time.

Cheddar Cranberry Quick Stuffing

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. Stove Top Quick Cups-Chicken (this is the best one, but you could use any flavor if you prefer)
  • 2 Tbsp. of dried cranberries
  • 2 Tbsp. mild cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Quick Cup stuffing as directed on the package. (That consists of putting in water to the fill line and microwaving for 45 seconds. Love that!)
  2. Stir in cranberries and cheese
  3. Enjoy!

Note: This really only serves one adult and two small children. Double this recipe to feed a family of four.
