LeapFrog's Learn & Groove Musical Table has been enjoyed by both of my daughters for quite some time now. Made for kdis six months and up, it really is a great toy that can grow with kids. I think it's best for ages nine months and up when they can scoot around the table standing. My 2.5 year old still loves this table.

iHome 2 Go Portable Speaker System and Alarm Clock. While not a toy for children, this will be a delight for the rooms of music lovers. It works with all types of iPods (and has a spot to use other MP3 players as well) and has great sound quality and is nice looking without being bulky.
