Britney Spears spent the night in the hospital along side her two year old son Jayden. Spears and family rushed the little boy to the hospital yesterday.

A statement on Britney's website says "Jayden James Federline was admitted to the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center on Sunday, November 9th. Doctors concluded he had a reaction to something he ingested. He is expected to be discharged tomorrow."
