Quick & easy way to teach children manners and to respect the earth

October 5, 10:01 PM

Good manners are a must. I found a great product to make teaching manners fun and easy: eeBoo's Good Manners Flash Cards.

The flashcards ($10.99, amazon.com) teach everything from asking to be excused from the table to offering to help with chores. They're reccomended for ages three and up.

Another set of flashcards that I love are eeBoo's Respect the Earth cards ($11.99, amazon.com). I've learned a thing or two as I've gone through the cards with my toddler. These are aimed at children about 5 years old and up. But you can still use them with younger children to build the foundations of green living!

My toddler has always loved doing flashcards, so when we opened these up she got really excited. The instructions recommend doing only a few at a time and discussing them.

They're so nicely illustrated and made, it's almost ashame to put them in little hands.

eeBoo also makes French, Spanish, Good Citizenship, and Alphabet flash cards.

For more info: Check out all of the other eeBoo products at eeBoo.com.
