Giants: Despite Ahmad Bradshaw's two-touchdown effort last week, Brandon Jacobs remains the Giants' one and only fantasy-worthy back. The discouraging aspect of Bradshaw's two late-game TDs was that's when elite-level backs often get an opportunity to pad their stats. It appears Jacobs won't be afforded that luxury, which makes him a fantasy possibility rather than a must-start on most weeks ...

Amani Toomer did it again, catching six balls for 67 yards. I wouldn't pick him up, but his production renders Steve Smith waiver-wire material. Cut him ...

Rams: Even in a blowout loss, Steven Jackson got 20 touches and totaled 90 yards. The former is more impressive than the latter, and an indication you shouldn't give up on him just yet. He definitely deserves another chance this week at Seattle ...

With the lack of a second quality wideout, Torry Holt is the Rams' only must-start receiver. Tight end Randy McMichael now rates as the team's second-best receiver and warrants a look from time to time, including this week.
