Play Tim Hightower this week.
If you rushed out and snatched the young talent upon hearing he would be replacing Edgerrin James as the Cardinals' featured back, no doubt you're disappointed in his results. I seriously doubt you've been starting him in recent weeks.
But now it's time to reconsider his benching.
In one of the biggest games in the history of the Cardinals franchise, you can bet Arizona will treat its home fans to quite a show Sunday in a potential playoff-clinching game. You've got to know the Rams aren't going to pose much of an obstacle.
Yes, Kurt Warner and his receivers will, as usual, put up huge numbers. But all it takes is a couple of tackles or receivers going out of bounds inside the 5 yard line in order for Hightower to get the touchdown-producing carries that would make him a tremendous fantasy asset this week.
On a day when the Cardinals could reach the red zone seven or eight times, I'm guessing Hightower will get at least a couple of those opportunities. And if he does, the Rams aren't about the stop him.
He could be a difference-maker in your playoff matchup. If you've got him, take advantage of it.
