Play defenses against good defensive teams.

If you've got the Titans defense, no doubt you've been very pleased with their play this season. And no doubt you'll be playing them this week against the Packers.

And while they'll probably do fine, I say you might be better off with the Packers defense.

When a great defense like Tennessee's is involved, games tend to be low-scoring. That's because the Titans game plan in such a way that it benefits the team's strength, which is the club's defense.

But conservative play on the part of the Titan offense also benefits the opponent's defense, which was the case last week when a terrible Colts unit actually looked respectable against Tennessee.

This week, the opponent (Green Bay) has a far greater defense than the Colts. I'm expecting perhaps the Packers' best defensive effort of the season Sunday.

Play Green Bay's defense this week.
