RAIDERS

The Raider defensive effort wasn't half-bad in Sunday's loss to San Diego. And when the Raiders are playing well defensively, it allows them to run the ball. Can't say I'm crazy about Justin Fargas, but I do still believe Darren McFadden has potential. It won't be long before he's back. If he's rotting on someone's roster or sitting on waivers right now, grab him if you can.

CHARGERS

My first choice at the waiver wire this week: Malcolm Floyd. He finally gets a chance to do what Vincent Jackson has done the last two years - escape Chris Chambers' shadow. With Chambers gone, Floyd now becomes a solid No. 2 receiver for a good offensive team. He'd make a nice roster addition for any fantasy team.
