BROWNS

Joshua Cribbs wants more touches. If not in Cleveland, then somewhere else. Guess what? It's not about to happen. Cribbs is a classic tweener - not big enough to play running back, not skilled enough to be a wide receiver. He's a great kick returner, but they only have limited fantasy value. The Browns will try to get him the ball more often from scrimmage, but this guy isn't about to turn into the next Devin Hester. You can do better at the waiver wire this week.

STEELERS

It's clear now that when Rashard Mendenhall and Willie Parker are both healthy, Mendenhall is going to get a majority of the carries. That makes him a fantasy starter and Parker a fantasy reserve. You might be tempted to waive Parker, but that would be unwise. Mendenhall is unstable and generally unproven, so we might not have seen the last of the changes in the Steeler backfield. Don't be surprised if Parker regains his fantasy starting status within a month. Keep him.
