Tonight the Washington Wizards' Nick Young and the Milwaukee Bucks' Michael Redd went basket for basket late in the fourth quarter, but it would be former Olympian Redd who would have the last shot, giving Washington their second-straight home loss in a 97-91 final.

While Washington allowed Milwaukee only six points off the bench in the first half, the Wizards would experience difficulty guarding the Bucks' Charlie Villanueva in the second.  Up by as much as 13 for the second straight night, Washington went from easily out-rebounding the Bucks to being controlled by the tandem of Villanueva and Andrew Bogut in the paint.

With muscle provided in the front court, Milwaukee's Michael Redd began to heat up.  In the last five minutes of the fourth quarter, Redd and Nick Young began to trade baskets.  Young would set a new career-high 30 points after setting a career high two games ago in Chicago, while Redd would finish with 29 points.

Redd would get the last shot, so to speak, with less than a minute and a half to go, sinking a three to stretch a one-point Wizards deficit to four.  With the score 93-89, the Wizards would send Villanueva to the free throw line, where he would sink one-of-two.

The Wizards attempted to take a shot to make it a game again, but couldn't convert, and had to foul the Bucks.  However out of a time-out, Washington's reserve guard Javaris Crittenton made a critical mistake and fouled Luke Ridnour prior to the ball being in-bounded by Milwaukee, resulting in one free throw and possession of the ball.  The error would give the Bucks three points via free throws and seal Milwaukee a road victory.

The Wizards will get a day off and then head on over to New York.  Apparently, they have a basketball team this season.

Incident Report:
Etan Thomas -- In the first half, Antawn Jamison fell backwards on defense and fell awkwardly on Etan Thomas' left knee.  Thomas went to the locker room and would not play for the rest of the night.

Caron Butler -- Butler got raked across the face hard by Luke Ridnour in the last few minutes of the third quarter, and no call was made.  He played the rest of the game, but the incident did not help out his 2-for-13 shooting performance on the night.
