The Washington Wizards recently announced the sale of this year's Wizard Girls 2008-09 Calendar, 12" x 12" and in full color.  For only 10 bucks, you can catch the high-flying ladies that keep the energy pumping as they strike a pose on their exclusive Ocean City, Maryland, photo shoot.  All proceeds benefit the Wizards' Care charity.

Coach Eddie Jordan and Etan Thomas talk Europe

Wizards head coach Eddie Jordan and starting center Etan Thomas talked Europe earlier today.

Jordan focused primarily on defensive concerns after the Wizards struggled in back-to-back loses to the New Orleans Hornets, with nods to Dee Brown, JaVale McGee, and Dominic McGuire.  We can add Nick Young to the up-and-coming list, and hopefully we can expect him to suit up soon.  Also, someone apparently "has sunshine."

Etan discussed his European experience, team chemistry, conditioning and defensive awareness.  If Coach Jordan wants to build a consistent defense, he should look no further than Mr. Thomas.
