Turbine's letting those with a little creativity participate in a pretty neat contest. A horse design contest is underway beginning July 6, 2009 until July 28, 2009. You can submit your very own horse, saddle, and blanket. If your design wins it will be included in a future content update for Lord of the Rings Online.
The template for the submission is at the official site. The winning horse will be put into the game and the designer will get a Turbine goodie bag and forum title. Two runners-up will also get the goodie bag and a something special for the forums.
