IGN's got a nice video walkthrough with commentary from Craig Morrison the game's director. The video takes us through the new content added in the update, Tarantia Commons.
Right from the beginning we get to see what this update means for Age of Conan. We see a riot that we're allowed to either fight with the rioters or against them.
Later we see some shambling citizens trying to infect you and the graveyard where some "spooky" stuff happens.
