Warhammer patch 1.3 now live, heralds start of Rise of the Tomb Kings

Today's Warhammer Online downtime paved the way to the Land of the Dead. With Rise of the Tomb Kings, the last of the Call to Arms! epic story will come to end with in the Land of the Dead RvR dungeon.
Update 1.3 didn't just bring the event to the servers. Ward improvements, new public quest loot roll options, RvR improvements, instance lockout timer changes, improvements to the action bar, and new inventory options.
