Free-to-play Runes of Magic continues to grow as a prominent MMORPG.  It's gained one million subscribers, and it's secured the presence of Eva Widermann, a highly successful artist.

The title isn't stopping there.  Frogster will be attending E3 and will be unveiling new content.  And as the game grows in popularity, new features are on the horizon.

In a community directed letter, the Director of Product Management Daniel Ullrich gave players a glimpse into what's to come for RoM.

We want to reveal a few of the things that you can expect even before the second chapter is released: we are already working on expanding the icedwarf instance with a new area for high-level players, an improved spam-protection system for the in-game chat, permanent pets and an improvement of the target-system!

Permanent pets, a highly requested feature, makes this writer especially excited.
