Mia by Mike Brouse

Local author and animal healer, Nancy Dutton, will be signing and reading from her Book of Animal Poetry at Lafayette Art Night Out April 10th from 6:30 - 7:00 p.m. at Cannon Mine Coffee.

Nancy's book, (click here to view) features poignant poems and haikus about cats, dogs and horses that will make you smile and laugh and sometimes cry. As Boulderite Kathy Fregelette explains, "Each time I pick it up I find a new favorite poem and picture. The poems in memory of beloved pets are especially comforting and dear."

Book of Animal Poetry also features artwork by Mike Brouse. Mike creates beautiful commissioned paintings of pets like the one pictured here. His website is a joy to peruse.

Cannon Mine Coffee is at 210 S. Public Rd, Lafayette.  Nancy and a variety of other authors will begin reading at 6:30 p.m.
Book of Animal Poetry is available at Amazon.com
