KoldCast TV and Eye Scream Films recently announced the exclusive debut of the new comedy web series Poor Paul, in HD on the KoldCast television network. Award-winning short film and music video director/producer, Sean Michael Beyer (Rapid Guy Movement; now airing on MTV Networks) is confident that the outstanding and highly-experienced cast and comedy of Poor Paul will resonate with viewers.
According to director/producer Sean Michael Beyer, Poor Paul is not quite a sitcom, not quite a video Blog and not quite reality or fantasy--it's just an outrageous take on various aspects of life we have all experienced. Poor Paul follows three college-aged roomates, an "odd trio" navigating life. According to David S. Samuels, CEO of KoldCast TV, "Poor Paul is a genuinely edgy and politically incorrect comedy that we are confident our viewers will dig." The show is well written innovatively shot, has an incredible cast and it flat out makes you laugh.
Kevin G. Schmidt who you know as Noah Newman on The Young & The Restless (Y&R Bio) plays Justin in the 5 minute Poor Paul episodes. Schmidt joined the cast of The Young and The Restless in August of 2008 and has an impressive list of acting credits under his belt. His Film credits include Cheaper by the Dozen 1 and 2, The Butterfly Effect and the upcoming Disney Channel movie, Princess Protection Program.
