
In a season where they were of both mice and men and faced something from Indiana, Walden Theatre will next showcase It's All Greek to Me beginning on Thursday.
It's All Greek to Me will open at the Walden Theatre, located at 1123 Payne Street in Louisville, on November 12 at 7:30 p.m. Shows on November 13, 14, 19, 20, and 21 will also take place at 7:30 p.m. Also, matinees will occur on November 14 and 21 at 2 p.m.
Tickets for the evening shows are $15 for adults and $10 for senior citizens and students. For the matinee shows, tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for senior citizens and students. Tickets information can be found by calling 502-589-0084.
It's All Greek to Me features an all-female cast celebrating in a Dionysian festival. Among the festival-goers are famous females throughout history who describe how, during their history, they have been recreated.
After It's All Greek to Me, the 2009-2010 season will continue for Walden Theatre with a showing of The Crucible. The Arthur Miller-written show will premiere at the Mex Theatre in January 2010. Other productions to come include the 2010 Young Playwrights Festival (February 2010) and When in Disgrace Hap'ly I Think of Thee (February and March 2010).
