I am not a fan of McDonald's food (so I don't know if it is happening here in Fort Worth), but coming to your nearest McDonalds will be a dine-in tax. "Tax" is the word on the reciept, which should be fee, or just charge an entrance fee, or hike up the price of the food instead. I don't think that a fee should be hidden by the word "tax", just so you can sit in there on thier hard plastic seats. On a road trip to Las Vegas, and the only place to eat, was a McDonalds, and that is when I discovered it. After googling the tax, it is something in place in other states also.
