Glam New Yorker Karen Biehl and her adopted chihuahua Eli offer tips for turning your dolled-up pup's starpower into dollars for for animal rescue.
No stranger to the spotlight, Eli the celebupup has appeared on the cover of Milkbone box, the Martha Stewart show, the DogCatemies and benefits and runways around the country. Eli can often be seen glammed up in a hand-stitched costumes by fellow chihuahua lover and doggie seamstress extraordinairre Ada Nieves.
