What lessons are you teaching?

You read correctly, boost your self-esteem if you want to be a good parent. Wait, scratch that. If you want to continue to be a good parent. How often have you wondered out loud about your failings? Whether it's your perceived physical imperfections or questions about your parenting prowess, the way you feel about yourself has a big impact on your child. They fortunately, or unfortunately, watch everything you do, so you loving you will help your children love themselves.
