Millennium Park and McDonald’s are sponsoring free workouts on the Great Lawn of the Jay Pritzker Pavilion in Millennium Park.
The group fitness classes that will be featured include Tai Chi, yoga, pilates, martial arts and aerobic dance workouts.

• 45 minutes long
• 7 a.m. – 11 a.m.
• Every Saturday
• June 6th – Sept. 19th, 2009
• All levels of experience welcome
• Tai Chi at 7 a.m.
• Yoga at 8 a.m.
• Pilates at 9 a.m.
• Each month features different martial art or dance aerobic at 10 a.m.
Some aerobic programs include Body Combat, Body Attack, Body Jam, capoeira, samba and zumba.
