Pearl Jam announce North American tour dates for the fall in support of their new album, Backspacer

Pearl Jam’s highly anticipated new album Backspacer will be in stores on September 20. The first single is called The Fixer and will be released to radio stations on July 20. In support of the record the band will be hitting the road and earlier today, they announced the first set of North American concert dates for the fall.

The North American leg of the tour will begin with two shows at the Key Arena in Seattle, Washington on September 21-22 and wrap up with a pair of shows at the Spectrum in Philadelphia on October 28 and 30. Ben Harper and Relentless 7 will be the opening act for all shows expect the two in Philadelphia where an opener has not yet been announced.
