Dave Grohl, John Paul Jones and Josh Homme.

A free download of ‘Mind Eraser, No Chaser’ by Them Crooked Vultures is currently available as a free download from iTunes where you can also pre-order the digital version of the album. Over the weekend, the band also gave their fans a Halloween treat by posting a short video of skeletons dancing to ‘Gunman’. You can watch the video at the bottom of this article.

Them Crooked Vultures’ open approach to the internet has helped to generate a great deal of excitement for both their live performances and their soon to be released debut album due out on November 17. Of course, It doesn’t hurt that the group consists of Dave Grohl (Nirvana, Foo Fighters), Josh Homme (Kyuss, Queens Of The Stone Age) and John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin), but rather than simply resting only on their past history and keeping their music under wraps until the release date, they’ve released a multitude of video clips featuring various songs from their album. While radio stations continue to focus on only one song at the time, the internet moves much faster and Them Crooked Vultures have managed to use that to their advantage. Most of all, it’s obvious that their having a lot of fun with their new band.
