When HR 3962 (the Affordable Health Care for America Act) finally made it to the floor of the House of Representatives it ignited a furious debate between Republicans and Democrats. In the end the bill passed through the House with a vote of 220-215 with only one Republican voting in favor. While the vote itself was historic it was the moments leading up to the vote that were most entertatining. The Senate debate could prove even more contentious if the House set the bar for civil behavior.
