Bill O' Reilly made news with his "Pinheads and Patriots" when he addressed the Carrie Prejean sex tape issue.  One may think that O' Reilly would declare Prejean a "Pinhead" for making the tape but instead O' Reilly praised her ability to fess up to the tape and express regret.  Instead O' Reilly called Prejean a possible "Patriot."

The producers of Gossip Girls did not receive the same kind of treatment as O' Reilly called them "Pinheads" for having a three-way scene on their show which did not contain any nudity.

Some may argue that O' Reilly's stances are contradictory in that he praises Prejean while condemning Gossip Girls for what is arguably less offensive behavior.  While calling Prejean a possible "Patriot" for owning up to the video O' Reilly never even condemned the making of the sex tape.  Even Prejean has said it was a stupid move on her part.  Secondly it is worth noting that Prejean only "owned up" to the tape once she was confronted with it by lawyers of the Miss USA Pageant during settlement negotiations.  So in reality the revelation of the tape was not entirely voluntary on Prejean's part.
