PR Measurement Summit Draws Communicators to the Yale Club in New York City
Over one hundred attendees gathered at the
Yale Club in New York City on Monday for an intensive day of learning about the latest strategies for measuring and monitoring the effects of public relations and proving its value to the C-suite. The Summit, presented by
Bulldog Reporter and sponsored by
BurrellesLuce, featured a distinguished list of panelists, including
Kelly Groehler, senior manager, Corporate Public Relations,
Best Buy;
Chris Loder, senior director, U.S. Media Relations and Public Relations,
Pfizer; and
Anthony Johndrow, managing director,
Reputation Institute.The importance of data in measuring ROI resonated throughout the conference. Keynote speaker, past chair of IPR and AMEC delegate,
David Rockland, who serves as partner and managing director of research for
Ketchum Global Research and
Stromberg Consulting, encouraged participants to take a mathematical approach to media measurement, noting that "digital media measurement is not the Wild West."
