Only two weeks remain to see one of the more ridiculously funny comedies you’ll see all summer. The Bible: The Complete Word of God (abridged) is being presented by Actors Theater of Minnesota at the cabaret theater space tucked inside Camp Bar, in downtown St. Paul.

The Bible (abridged) is a completely irreverent and none-too-subtle look at the most well known book in the world. Touching on everything from Creation, to Noah’s Ark, to a side-splittingly funny, chaotic retelling of the Last Supper, the show is a true crowd pleaser for all audiences.

I had the pleasure of seeing this production last fall, and it did not disappoint. The three person show features Eric Webster, Paul Reyburn and E.J. Subkoviak, who are all wickedly funny. Subkoviak in particular kills with the aforementioned last supper, and great dead-pan delivery and timing.

Later this winter, this same trio of actors will present A Christmas Story (abridged) for a three week engagement at Pioneer Place on Fifth in St. Cloud, MN.

The show runs through June 14th, and seating is limited, so reserve now. All tickets are $10, and you can make reservations by calling the box office at 651-227-2464.
