Well, the downtime is over, and the wait is long game. After Albatross18's shutdown, and nearly a month longer than it's projected wait, the Fantasy Golf MMO Pangya is finally back.

For those ready to pick up where they left off on Albatross 18, luckily Ntreev makes it easy. Just follow these few simple steps:

Step 1: Click the Recover Account button

First click on this link to access the new Pangya homepage. One there, click on the "Recover Account" button (highlighted in the adjacent picture) to pop up a new window. You may also download the new client if you have not already.

Step 2: Sign up, or click the Next button

Once the new window opens (pictured right, just squint really hard) you will recieve a brief explanation about what will and will not be transferred. All the important stuff is there, such as characters, items, caddies, and even unopened gift boxes.

You will need an NtreevUSA account, so if you haven't signed up for one, you can do so now. If you already have an account (In other words, if you're already playing/have played Ntreev's Grand Chase or Trickster), click on the next button to enter your NtreevUSA account information.

Step 3: Enter old Albatross18 ID and Birthday.

At the second page of the window, you will be asked to enter your Old Albatross18 ID, as well as your birthday. (Which I assume would be the same birthday you entered on your Alba account. Just mentioning for those who like entering their birthday as 09-09-99 or something similar)

You are only allowed THREE tries to enter this information correctly. If you fail to do so, you will not be able to access your account for 24 hours. This is set in place for anyone trying to steal another players Albatross18 account for their own use. Once that is complete, click next to continue, and you will recieve a message as to whether or not your account was found.

Step 4: Welcome back your old character and items!

If your account WAS found, you will not have the option of changing the account name, or keeping it. Since my account name was the same on both games, this wasn't an issue, but it's nice to know you do have the option.

Once this is over, you will be asked to confirm all information, and then be given a message that the transfer request was successful.

But don't try to log in just yet! The account wasn't immediately be sent over. You will have to wait for a maintenence period, so it could take anywhere from a few hours to a day or so. The first screen will also tell you when the next maintenence period is scheduled, so you can log in when it's ready.

Once inside, everything should be as you left it! Get on the links and scare all the newbies!

(Those interested in adding me as a friend can find me as chaosd1 and you will often find me playing as Arin, the character pictured on the right.)
