The customizable 3-course brunch menu includes starters such as a wedge salad, Celery Root and Spring Onion Soup with white truffle oil, or fresh fruit; for entrees, choose from Filet Mignon Benedict tomato concassé with Béarnaise sauce, Crab Cake Benedict with Hollandaise sauce, Applewood Smoked Pork Chop with Port wine mustard sauce, or Smoked Salmon Quiche caviar and crème fraiche.
Desserts include Berry Cobbler with oatmeal crust, Crème Brûlée, or Walnut Turtle Pie with caramel bourbon glaze.
