Update on her arrival below, for more detailed info contact Linda Collins.
Just in from Raymond Finn as of June 9, 2009 - According to Raymond, Trina's husband, Trina received a full acquittal this morning from the Suriname Judge. Raymond says,
OUR GIRL IS COMING HOME!!! 104 is our new lucky number... it's how many days she will have spent in the South American country before touching foot on U.S. soil once more. God is good!"

This is all in regard to Trina Johnson-Finn, professional tribute artist to singer Toni Braxton. Trina has been held in prison since March 1, 2009 in Suriname for being accused of scamming people out of money for a concert that she was hired to do - but in reality was hired, but as a contracted talent to work/do a gig, and hired by the real scammer Angel Ventura who has been captured and has already confessed his wrong-doings and Trina's innocence weeks ago.
According to Raymond, today, June 9, 2009, even though they - he and Trina - have lost much during the last three months, their income, home, and three months of their lives together, it all pales in comparison to what God has granted them. They have gained a stronger faith through prayer, countless new friends, and an affirmation that there is good in the world and most importantly, they have gained an opportunity to re-start their lives from scratch.
Finn would like to once again express his and Trina's apologies to the people of Suriname who lost their hard-earned earnings at the hands of those who deceived them as well as their (Raymond's and Trina's) own personal losses.
The Finns truly hope that time will heal the Suriname peoples' wounds, as they pray it will heal his and Trina's. They leave the continued application of Justice for those responsible for this travesty in the hands of the Suriname judicial system. They will focus their efforts now on sharing their story, so that they may begin the healing process and restore the damage done to their names, reputations and livelihood.
The Finns give heartfelt thanks to Maureen Tjon-Jaw Chong and Kathleen J. Brandon, their loyal and dedicated Suriname attorneys, and for the countless supporters who have stood by them during these turbulent times, who are in fact are not only supporters in their eyes, but lifelong friends. They also want to thank the members of Congress who have inquired as to Trina's welfare while in custody, and most importantly, all of you who have welcomed them into their lives through prayer. Raymond,
God Bless!"
p.s. According to Linda Collins, Classique Productions, Trina will be returning to the states on Wednesday, June 10, 2009. Here is what Linda has to say, (for further details contact Linda),
Well, it is official. Trina will be home tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She is very interested in meeting all the people that have been so involved with helping her through all this and therefore, Raymond and Trina have requested that those who are so inclined, meet her plane at both the Miami airport and the Las Vegas airport.
Bring welcome home signs, come in character or not, whatever you want to do to make her know we are glad she is safely home. She has a 3hour 40 minute layover in Miami so will have time to clear customs and meet with people there prior to continuing her flight to Las Vegas.
If anyone from Florida is planning on meeting her plane, you will need to call her on her cell phone to tell her where to meet you. We will meet in baggage claim at the Las Vegas airport to greet her and welcome her home.
Please let me know if you are planning on joining us.... Thank GOD this is almost over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
