Mary Willa "Mamie" Gummer is an actress and model (a Paris shoot as seen in footage) who grew up in Los Angeles and Connecticut.  Gummer recently became engaged to stage actor Ben Walker.

Benjamin Walker is an actor having film roles in Kinsey, The Notorious Bettie Page, and Flags of Our Fathers. Walker's theatre credits include The Arrangements at the Atlantic Theatre, Spring Awakening and Romeo and Juliet.

Mamie Gummer made her uncredited screen debut at 20 months of age as the baby of Meryl Streep (Mama Mia - Amanda Seyfried and Pierce Brosnan) and Jack Nicholson's characters in Mike Nichols' 'Heartburn'.

Gummer made another appearance as the younger version of her mother in Bille August's 'The House of the Spirits'.

Gummer graduated from Northwestern University and also studied at the British Academy of Dramatic Arts. She made her stage debut in 2005, starring opposite Michael C. Hall in the Round-about Theater Production of Noah Haidle's 'Mr. Marmalade', directed by Michael Greif.

In 2006 she starred with Kate Burton and Tony Goldwyn in Theresa Rebeck's 'The Water's Edge', directed by Will Frears at NYC's Second Stage Theatre. For her work on stage, Mamie won a Theatre World Award in 2006 for 'Mr. Marmalade' and received a nomination for the 2007 Lucille Lortel Award for 'The Water's Edge'.

Alongside Linney, Mamie made her Broadway debut with an acclaimed performance in a revival of "Les Liaisons Dangereuses".

In 2009 Gummer won rave reviews for performance as Sonya in the Classic Stage Company's production of "Uncle Vanya", co-starring Maggie Gyllenhaal, Peter Sarsgaard and Dennis O'Hare, winning her a second Lucille Lortel Award nomination. Her upcoming projects feature ensemble work in Jodie Markell's "The Loss of a Teardrop Diamond" and Ang Lee's "Taking Woodstock".
