A Philadelphia Phillies fanatic -- not to be confused with the MLB team's mascot, Phillie Phanatic -- busted for offering sex in exchange for World Series tickets, has become the latest Internet celebrity.
"DESPERATE BLONDE NEEDS WS TIX (Philadelphia) Diehard Phillies fan -- gorgeous tall buxom blonde -- in desperate need of two World Series Tickets. Price negotiable -- I'm the creative type! Maybe we can help each other!"
After posting that double entendre-laden Craigslist ad for tickets to see a Phillies vs. Yankees World Series game, 43-year-old, married Philadelphian Susan Finkelstein was busted for pimping herself out for tickets.
Since then, Finkelstein has denied the charge, stemming from a meeting with an undercover cop; she's appeared, with her husband, on local and national television news shows; her case has generated an overnight, 400-member Support Susan Finkelstein Facebook group and she has seen her public Susan Finkelstein Facebook page become the target of mixed reviews.
And she'll get to see the third game of the World Series, scheduled for tonight, Halloween, "As long as there's no strings attached," she's told the media.
She's been offered tickets by both a local radio station and car dealership.
