I recently stumbled upon this great website that not only explains the two candidates' tax plans but also how much of a tax cut (or tax increase if you are a single person making over $285,000) under McCain and Barack Obama. Go ahead and play around with it:

MyTaxCut.US

I personally will be able to keep an extra $500 while under John McCain I would get no tax cut whatsoever as he does not give out tax cuts to single individuals who make under $125,000.

McCain's cuts do get pretty ridiculous. If a family has two or three dependents they do not get a tax cut if they make under $25,000. How does that even make sense? Obama meanwhile does not raise taxes on families making under $325,000 or individuals making under $285,000.
