A look at the new Quicksilver Women line
Quicksilver, once a brand destined to be worn by surfers and teenagers that shop at Pac Sun, has launched a new women’s line and a store in SoHo to match. The line, Quicksilver Women, is like the chicer older sister of the laid-back California girl brand.
To celebrate the store launch and spring collection, Quicksilver Women is hosting a party at their new space at 94 Mercer St. this Thursday from 6:30-9 p.m. There will be music, cocktails, and free "mini facials" by MD Skincare, not to mention 30% the new goods.
I had a chance to check out the store and the new spring collection is adorable; nautical silk tops, smart summer dresses and colored skinny jeans were some of my favorites. The 30% discount will help since many of the pieces are pricier than you would expect ($40-$150) from a brand that was once mall staple. Hope to see you at the party!
