sausage

This recipe came to me by my friends mom! She made it for a party and my husband really enjoyed it. So, I asked for her recipe! It is so easy to prepare and it cooks while you do other things... in the crockpot! I have also tried this with ground beef and ground turkey! Next, I plan to try turkey sausage!

Sausage Dip

  • 1 pound of sausage patties (breakfast) or turkey sausage, ground beef, chicken or turkey
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 ounces)
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes

Cook meat on stove.
Add meat, cheese and salsa in crockpot.
Simmer and eat with tortilla chips. (Once, I put this on bread as a sandwich)
