This recipe has just six ingredients not counting salt and pepper. It is simple to make but tastes so good. Each time it is made, the dish quickly gets emptied. In other words, it’s a hit!

Mac & Cheese

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • ¾ stick of butter, cut into pieces
  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Cook pasta according to the package directions.
When pasta is cooked, drain water.
Place back onto stove on low heat.
Add cheeses, butter, salt, pepper and crumbs.
Stir until butter and cheese are melted and everything is combined.

Enjoy with some crusty bread and a side of corn.
