chocolate

This is a quick, “No Bake” recipe! Make it now and if there is any left, you can freeze it in an airtight bag or container for later. This is great for the Holiday’s or any gathering!

S’More Bark

  • 12 ounces of semi sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup graham crackers, broken into small pieces
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows

Line a cookie sheet or jellyroll pan with no-stick foil or waxed paper.
Melt chocolate in a glad bowl in the microwave.
Put it on for 1 minute and stir after 30 seconds. If not smooth, put back for 30 seconds and stir. Continue until chocolate is smooth and completely melted.
When melted, add grahams and marshmallows. Mix to incorporate.
Spread onto prepared pan.
Refrigerate 1 hour. Chocolate should be hard.
Break into pieces and store airtight at room temperature.
