Miami21 up for approval today

At 2:00 P.M. on October 22, 2009 Miami21 will be presented at Miami City Hall for its second reading, if approved it is my understanding the new zoning code will become law. I have presented my views on Miami21 on this site, and strongly believe it is for the best. Let's hope the city commission does the right thing in approving this important step to making Miami a "real" world class city.
