Phelps: Best Olympic swimmer is also dog's best friend

Michael Phelps stunned the world when he won eight gold medals at the 2008 Olympic Games in Bejing. The best swimmer in the world though is also a dog's best friend. Phelps shares his home with Herman, a cool bulldog who watches TV on the couch with his buddy Michael and snores a lot. Phelps says Herman is like a kid, except that he is very laid back and low maintenance. Check out the video below of Phelps in his earlier days training with Herman nearby.
