I feel like a commercial for the iPhone, but every day I'm thankful that I have one.  In the span of 10 minutes this evening I:

  • learned my flight was canceled due to weather
  • checked the weather
  • rescheduled my flight for the morning
  • booked a hotel for the night
  • ordered dinner with UrbanSpoon
  • updated my Twitter status
  • posted this entry

All from the backseat of the airport shuttle and from my iPhone. It has always come in handy for our road trips where we need to check directions, look for a restaurant or check opening times, but this was the first time I actually had to use it in a 'crisis.'

I'm sure everyone loves their own cell phone, Blackberry or Sidekick, but I haven't found another piece of technology that does everything I need in such a sleek and compact way. If you've been on the fence about the iPhone, jump on over!
