Having a special needs child presents several special abilities for parents two of which are, cardiopulmonary resuscitation or CPR and the use of an AED, Automated External Defibrillator. These skills are essential for all of us.
June 1 – June 7 is National CPR/AED Awareness Week and as a result the Birmingham area chapter of the American Red Cross is presenting classes which will teach you this ever important life giving skill.
