Infant CPR

Having a special needs child presents several special abilities for parents two of which are, cardiopulmonary resuscitation or CPR and the use of an AED, Automated External Defibrillator. These skills are essential for all of us.  

June 1 – June 7 is National CPR/AED Awareness Week and as a result the Birmingham area chapter of the American Red Cross is presenting classes which will teach you this ever important life giving skill.

6/2/09 HIV/AIDS Starter Facts & Facts Practice – Birmingham Area Chapter 
6/2- 6/3 Babysitter’s Boot-camp – Vestavia Civic Center 
6/3/09 HIV/AIDS Instructor Course – Birmingham Area Chapter 
6/4/09 Standard First Aid & AED – Birmingham Area Chapter 
6/5/09 Community First Aid & Safety (including Free AED training) Birmingham Area Chapter 
6/5/09 Standard First Aid & AED – Shelby County Service Center 
6/6/09 CPR for the Professional Rescuer – Birmingham Area Chapter 
6/6/09 Community First Aid & Safety – Bessemer Service Center 
6/6/09 Standard First Aid & AED – Blount County Service Center
