Did you know that you can buy Wii points from the comfort of your home without needing to go to a store? So long as you have your Nintendo Wii connected to the Internet, you can easily purchase Wii points and use them for neat software like classic games for the Virtual Console or the Internet Channel.

Here's How:

1. First, click on the Wii Shop Channel and hit start.
2. You will be presented with a screen showing recommended titles and recent news. Click on the Start Shopping button at the bottom of this page.
3. The three main areas of the Wii Shop Channel are the Virtual Console, WiiWare and Wii Channels. Below the boxes for these three options, you will see the Add Wii Points button.
4. This screen allows you to redeem Wii points from a card purchased at a store or buy Wii points with a credit card. Click on the button for purchasing with a credit card.
5. You can buy either 1000, 2000, 3000 or 5000 Wii points. Most titles range from 500 points to 900 or 1000 points, while a few go all the way up to 1,500 points.
