NFL Head Coach 09 - Description
Completely redesigned from the ground up, NFL Head Coach 09 brings you the full head coaching experience. From which free agents to pursue to studying scouting reports to prepare for the draft to which plays to focus on in practice leading up to the next game, each decision is yours to make.
And so you shall be judged. An approval rating keeps track of these decisions, so you can get quick feedback to how well you are doing. And we all know what happens to those coaches who drop too down in approval.
Based on the Madden 08 engine with a few minor AI tweaks, NFL Head Coach 09 will deliver a beautiful game where the emphasis is on strategy rather than manual dexterity. The only control you have over players on the field is how you coach them. You can tell cornerbacks to jump routes or play conservative and running backs to run for daylight or keep to the holes, but you cannot take direct control over your players.
NFL Head Coach 09 is both a football simulation and a strategy game where the decisions you make will be directly responsible for your success... or your failure.
