Demigod is scheduled to be released in February of 2009

If you are looking for the same old real-time strategy game with an updated graphics engine and new troops to watch crawl across the landscape, Demigod is not your game. More of a cross between a fighting game and an RTS with a few RPG elements thrown in for good measure, Demigod is all about the action.

The premise for the game is simple: You're a demigod, and a slot just opened up that will take the demi out of your title. All you have to do is crush the other job candidates beneath your boot. In order to do this, you'll be fighting them in a series of battles that will take place in arenas.

Demigod is focused on fast-paced action. Your choice in demigods will also have a large effect on gameplay, with some playing more like one demigod wrecking crews while others will stand amidst a horde of minions and yell out stuff like "we few, we happy few, we band of brothers, for he today that sheds his blood with me shall be my brother."

Demigod is scheduled for release in February of 2009.
