As Zoknowsgaming.com reports, close to 4200 Game Stop locations will stay open past midnight for the newest release of Modern Warfare 2.
Various locations will be having parties and festivities beginning at 9pm (locally), where gamers will even be able to play the game pre release before they get their own copy.

It is an anti-terrorism themed game that may just be the most popular release of the year.
At 1115 PM EST on Tuesday, November 9th at the Game Stop Store in Chelmsford MA, the crowd was estimated at over 350 people lining up outside the store. Inside was standing room only.
Reuters also covered the release on Wednesday the 11th.
