Weekends are an excellent time to hear jazz. Many local jazz societies meet and there are also a number of local restaurants that offer live jazz for the afficianado. The coming weekend is no exception to this rule. The following traditional jazz events are taking place this weekend:

Friday:

1. Ted Shafer's Jelly Roll Jazz Band
