Canyon Wierdies are a special section of my blog. The series is made of an assortment of unusual observations, fun facts, and insights into Canyon life all collected for your enjoyment. I will also add my own thoughts to each series to help with context, provide whatever facts are relevant, and help you avoid (or become part of) this blog. The stories of the Canyon Wierdies Series are split into several categories such as mysteries, cautionaries, theories, and queries.
The Grand Canyon is a unique place with many interesting tales. Everyone has there own humorous story to tell or inside joke to share. Living here requires a sense of humor about things as there are few places to escape. An understanding of that humor can add a new dimension in experiencing the Grand Canyon, as a guest or resident. I will update each category as I am told more stories, let in on more of the happenings in the Canyon, and have my own experiences to share as time passes. So check back regularly!
