Four Seasons Seattle is located at First and Union.

Four Seasons returns to Seattle in October 2008 with a 21-story hotel and condo tower at First and Union. Located adjacent to the Pike Place Market and across the street from the Seattle Art Museum, the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Seattle has 147 guest rooms that are on floors 3-10. They include 13 suites, and all rooms ergonomic furnishings in natural woods and a bathroom mirror with an integrated TV. Twenty-four hour concierge service is part of your stay, whether you need tickets to a play want to play a round of golf.

Sleek and modern in  design, it's one of the more comporary Four Seasons in the upscale hotel group. Glass, warm stone, aluminum and rich woods on the exterior are a complement to Elliott Bay, the Olympic Mountains and the city's skyline. The terraced, u-shaped design creates an outdoor patio with mountain and water views. It's the only major building in Seattle with a visible internal courtyard from the waterfront. The building's top ten floors include 36 private urban homes.

Other features include ART Restaurant and Lounge, offering farm-to-table cuisine using fresh, local ingredients. Four Seasons  veteran and local chef Kerry Sear is the executive chef and director of the hotel's food and beverage program. The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle includes a couple's suite with fireplace and water views and there is also a fitness center that openes onto the four-floor terrace with its infinity-edge pool and open fireplace.
