Purported screnshot of video downloads.

Apple is rumored to allow purchases of music videos, movies, and television shows via iTunes on the iPhone OS, purported screenshots reveal.

Currently, Apple does not allow for these video downloads on the iTunes Music Store. Apple may be working on allowing these, to coincide with the iPhone OS 3.0, or new iPhone models rumored to hit in the coming weeks, which will likely feature better networking capabilities, alongside other general enhancements.

This new download method would make an iPhone or iPod Touch, connected via WiFi, able to accomplish every download that OS X can before syncing. This joins a proposed iTunes Kiosk as an alternative download method of the files.
